INTERFAITH LISTENING PILOT PROGRAM
After September 11, 2001, the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) approved a program in Christian-Muslim relations, the Interfaith Listening Pilot Project. Overseas partners were invited to send two-person teams, consisting of one Christian and one Muslim, to the United States to meet with Presbyterians and talk about Muslim-Christian relations in their Countries. This video recounts that event and is intended to serve PC(USA) congregations as a model of Christian-Muslim dialogue, with the hope that it will inspire congregations to organize interfaith events in their own communities.
